CHILDREN POLICY
Based on Children Age.
- 01 - 04 Years Old Children :the First Children will be free of charge, the Second Children will be charged 75% as an Adult for sharing bed and 85% as an Adult for an extra bed.
- 05 - 09 Years Old Children will be charged 85% as an Adult on an extra Bed, and as a Adult with main occupancy.
- From 10 Years Old and above will be charged 100% as an Adult on extra bed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Based on Rate Plan
There are Two Rate Plan via our system.
Flexible 30 Days Earlier and Flexible 7 Days Earlier.
- Flexible 30 Days Earlier: Customer can cancel their booking without penalities up to 30 days before arrival day. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival a penalty by 50% of Room Rate.
- Flexible 07 Days Earlier: Customer can cancel their booking without penalities up to 07 days before arrival day. If cancelled within 07 days of arrival a penalty by 100% of Room Rate.
payment poilicy
Based on Rate Plan and Cancellation Policy.
- Flexible 30 Days Earlier: 30% Deposit by Payment Link ( Card Payment ) within 30 Days Earlier Before Arrival Day and Customer will pay 70% Remaining at Harbor.
- Flexible 07 Days Earlier: 30% Deposit by Payment Link ( Card Payment ) within 07 Days Earlier Before Arrival Day and Customer will pay 70% Remaining at Harbor.
- 30% Deposit will be made by Payment Link ( Card Payment ).
- 70% Remaining Amount that Customer will pay at Harbor, we accept payment by Card or Cash ( VND, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, NZD, JPY, KOR... ).
